and Iraq, though we understand that it has been
the practice in the past to extradite criminals
or troublesome elements to Iraq when such action
was oF beneFit to Kuwait; but perhaps you may have
something in your Files oF which we are unaware.

enquire into the particular details oF this case
as possibly their ownership may in any case be
in dispute.
