I. Adoption of following arrangements recommended :—
1. Major Whitmarsh to have general supervision over all accounting
arrangements and to act as Financial Adviser to Force.
2. A Field Controller of Accounts to be appointed for the Force with an
adequate staff of paymasters. He will maintain the pay accounts of all troops.
