Many thanks for your letter of 5th January,
No •S .32797/D.O. I. abont air facilities in Q.at'ar. We have
sent a copy of it to the Government of India and to
Bushire and vvill 'bear in mind what you say when it comes
to detailed negotiations with any oil concessionaire.

(you refer in paragraph 3 is of course rather a large one,

guarantee against external aggression in Qatar it would

your letter with regard to wireless telegraphy.
