Samuel Manesty, Resident at Bussora [Basra], informs Mirza Mehedy Ally Khaun [Mirza Mahdi 'Ali Khan Bahadur], Native Resident at Bushire, that he has not received any communications from him since 19 November 1802. Manesty states that the Teignmouth proceeds to Bushire, conveying Colonel Harcourt on his return to India. He encloses a packet for Major John Malcom [Malcolm].
