The map shows the Abadan oil refinery, including tank farms, port area, offices, and the historic village of Abadan. The map was produced by the General Staff India and includes a printing statement which reads 'Survey Section No.220 Nov 1938, 80'. The map is marked secret (copy no. 0006) and is Map No. 2 from the volume 'Military Report on the Anglo-Iranian Oil Company's (South Iranian) Oilfield Area'.
