Tith reference to the correspondence ending with the
endorsement from the Government of India in the ioreign and
Political Department, No*770(2}-N., dated 9th August
1926, I am directed to convey the sanction of the Government
of India to the purchase of the Kerman Consulate building for
a sum of Tomans 10,000 Persian dinars, or a gold coin of that value. 20,000 (i.e*, Rs*60,000 approximately), from
which the amount of the loan to Sardar Leader of a tribe or a polity; also refers to a military rank or title given to a commander of an army or division. Nusrat outstanding at
the time should be deducted as proposed in your letter No.1.-77,
dated 22nd May 1927*
