statement of fact, and I see no reason to doubt it, after
the severe cross questioning that I put him through, items
(a), (c) and (d) of the preceding paragraph would appear to
have been wholly indefensible acts on behalf of the Customs
launch,
Further from statements (b) , (c) and (e) it would
appear quite clear that the attack was made in Kuwait waters
Bubiyan Island being a part of Kuwait State,
^is regards (f), (g) and (h), it would appear that
Hussain Effendi realizing he had done wrong, did everything
to throw dust in the eyes of the Police Officer for obvious
reasons.
