Limited, at Kerman, and to inform you that, in view
of the fact that the Germans were at the time in
complete possession of that town and that Mr. Brandley
had the question of his own personal safety to con
sider, as well as that of the interests of his firm,
Mr. Balfour is not of opinion that there is anyohing
in the evidence furnished by the extracts from Herr
