The correspondence concerns the personality of ‘Alī bin Khālid and his deportation to Bombay for life in September 1923 from Bahrain as a result of his attacks on the Shiah community on Sitrah island. Also contained within this file are details about his two brothers, Ibrāhīm and Salmān.
