The file contains miscellaneous correspondence between the Office of the Accountant General Central Revenues (AGCR), and staff of the Political Agency An office of the East India Company and, later, of the British Raj, headed by an agent. , Bahrain; and related documents, such as pay bills and certificates. There is also some correspondence from the Adviser to the Government of Bahrain (Charles Dalrymple Belgrave).
