Content: Letter requesting that the bank advance Pelly £800 to be paid to the chancery in London on the basis of his having 30,000 rupees Indian silver coin also widely used in the Persian Gulf. with the bank that cannot be accessed until Mr Narayn Vasedes will has gone through probate and stating that the bank holds £2000 of Pelly's railway stock which could be considered security for the advance.
