I have now been advised by the Company's principals in
New York that two copies of the 19m-8 Annual Report were
delivered to the Foreign Office by the Company's solicitor,
Mr. H.R, Ballantyne and one copy was handed to the Ministry
of Fuel and Power by our associate company. United Overseas
Petroleum Company Limited.
I will appreciate your advice on whether the above distrib
ution meets with your approval or whether the distribution
of the Company's report in future should be altered in any
way so that I may advise New York Office accordingly.
