and Mav 1941 respectively* In order that the new scheme

posts should De filled as soon as possible and I would
seie-ei- solicit the assistance of the Government of India in
finding suitable candidates.

the aovprnment of India could depute from time to time, say

make provision for the travelling expenses of such an officer.

I can release Mr. Murtaza, fide paragraph 2.
