In entering on the said Agreement,^ the
Government of the United Kingdom have, at the
request of His Highness the Sultan of Muscat,
charged themselves with presenting before this
Court all facts and conclusions with reference to
the effect on His Highness* subjects of the grant
to them of the French flag.
