The file contains correspondence from the Bahrain Petroleum Company (BAPCO) manager, requesting information from the Political Agent A mid-ranking political representative (equivalent to a Consul) from the diplomatic corps of the Government of India or one of its subordinate provincial governments, in charge of a Political Agency. on the Bahrain land regulations.

There are two notices in Arabic and English and a document on 'Land Registration' (folios 10-15).
