Telegram regarding Sir Dinkar Rao having paid a confidential visit to Pelly and having proposed that if Pelly were able to stay in Baroda for a few months after the native administration was restored he would be prepared to stay as Dewan, and that should Pelly's health fail he would continue for a year provided Mr (William Bolton?) Girdlestone succeeded Pelly.
