Letter regarding Pelly's desire to have a work published and suggesting that perhaps a reprint of the work on John Jacob or the Indian Frontier Policy might suit him as it could be done quickly.

The letter goes on to advise Pelly on what would be needed to make such a work successful and who he should turn to for further advice and help.
