Letter, dated 18 June 1873, informing Colonel Brooke that the Fakeer Ameer Ally Sow [Amir Ali Sow] had died.
The reverse of folio five contains a note from Lewis Pelly to Henry Byam Abbott, dated 21 July 1873, asking about letters received from Government concerning the Fakeer.
Folios 6-7 are a copy of the original letter, without Pelly's comments.
