discussions which had taken place in

Mr.Rendel agreed and suggested that
it had been accepted at the time of the
assignment to American interests or the
Bahrein oil concession that oil concessions
to be granted in the Arab Sheikhdoms in the
Persian Gulf Historically used by the British to refer to the sea area between the Arabian Peninsula and Iran. Often referred to as The Gulf or the Arabian Gulf. must be dealt with separately
