Letter informing Pelly that the Governor-General had been asking after his health and when he intended on going on leave; that Aitchison had informed him how matters stood in Rajpootana [Rajasthan] and of the medical adviser's recommendation that three months leave would be succifient time for his recovery; that the Governor-General thought he really ought to go home and recover properly, and that should he find three months is not sufficient it can be extended once there to six months.
