The letter is informing the Captain that his requisition for cash has been completed, and that it will be dispatched to Bassidore [Bāsaʻīdū] aboard the HC Cruizer Nautilus .
It further conveys a request from the Resident to have a cruizer meet him at Bahrain early in February 1825, as the Resident intends to continue with his tour of the Arabian coast; he specifically requests that the Nautilus is dispatched if available.
