Samuel Hennell reports that he has received an autographed note, dated 2 March 1850, from the Prince Governor A Prince of the Royal line who also acted as Governor of a large Iranian province during the Qājār period (1794-1925). of Fars, which states that the Prince has despatched a mohussil to Hajee Khan, the Chief of Dashtee, with orders regarding the affair of the Futh ool Kheyr bugla Large trading vessel. [ buggalow Large trading vessel. ]. Hennell writes that he presumes that these orders refer to the exaction of a fine of 300 tomans 10,000 Persian dinars, or a gold coin of that value. from the Commander of the vessel for bringing slaves to Bushire.
