Letter which was commenced by Lady Catherine Frere and concluded by Sir Bartle Frere and which discusses Sir Bartle's safe arrival in England and Lady Catherine's suprise and relief that her son was in better health for accompanying his father than she had anticipated.
The letter goes on to discuss Pelly's appointment in Rajpootana [Rajasthan] and the remainder of the letter, which has been written by Sir Bartle thanks Pelly for news of happenings in Simla and discusses what he has heard regarding the Muscat part of their recent work.
