Letter regarding certain individuals who had been under police surveillance for some time in regards to the charges against the Maharajah Gaekwar (Malharrao), and informing Pelly that they have now been permitted to return home, but that the witnesses had requested to remain under police protection until the enquiry into the charges was complete.
