Letter regarding arrangements to meet Aitchison in Agra and his current whereabouts in Ajmer.

The letter goes on to discuss his trip to Kotah [Kota] including a visit to Boondee [Būndi] and gives details of a nasty affair in Mhairwarra [Merwāra] in which the head constable and two police officers were killed as well as discussing the ongoing enquiry into it.

The letter concludes with comments on his workload on his return from Kotah.
