Letter enclosing copies of correspondence between Charles Umpherston Aitchison and the Maharaja of Puttiala [Patiala] (Mohindar Singh) in relation to the Maharaja's interference in Dholepore [Dholpur] affairs.

Conservation: The correspondence was original tied together with red & yellow wool, which was removed in order to enable the letters to be read, and has been placed in a plastic sleeve. The correspondence, and original wool tie have instead been placed in an acid-free paper folder to keep them together.
