In this letter Samuel Manesty acknowledges Edward Galley's ongoing attempts to recover the papers that have been missing since the loss of Manesty's express boat near Bunderick [Bandar-e Rīg]. In addition, Manesty informs Galley that the Bombay Grab Shallow vessel with a projecting bow. is returning to India via Bushire, with public dispatches from the Court of Directors The London-based directors of the East India Company who dealt with the daily conduct of the Company's affairs. .
