30 days of such receipt the Company shall sell the
same at a price to be agreed or failing agreement
to be settled by arbitration as provided by Article 16.
The Shaikh shall have the right to
terminate this Agreement at any time should the
Company fail to make the payments referred to in
Article 4 within six months of the date on which
such payments fall due.
$i A i Provided that if any such payments are
in dispute by the Company the Shaikh shall not have
the right to terminate the Agreement until the
dispute shall have been arbitrated on under Article 16
and unless the Company has failed to comply with the
decision of the arbitrators within three months of
the date of such decision.
No failure or omission on the part of the
Company to carry out or perforin any of the conditions
of this Agreement shall give the Shaikh any claim
against the Company or be deemed a breach of this
Agreement in so s far as the same arises from force
majeure and if through force majeure the fulfilment
by the Company of any of the conditions of this
Agreement be delayed ? the period of such delay
together with such period as may be necessary for
the restoration of any damage done during such delay
shall be added to the periods fixed by this Agreement.
