When you were here, I showed you the enclosed
letter from Mssserst Otto Kafka of New York, and you asked
me to forward same to you as you wanted to report the matter
to His Majesty's Government.
2. It seems that the firm in question is attempting
to persuade the Shaikh to buy munitions of war, and especially
tanks from them - not a very edifying procedure when their
Government (the U.S.A.) is supposed to be taking the leading
part in the world to day to try and stop war etc.
