This letter discusses the restoration of the property [cargo] taken on the Noosrat Shah , and the question of duty to be paid upon it. It also comments upon Mahomed bin Sooliman's subsequent destination, the position of the fleet, and the involvement of Captain Taylor with the Pasha An Ottoman title used after the names of certain provincial governors, high-ranking officials and military commanders. .
