The letter is enclosing correspondence in relation to an incident in which a Bahraini ship was seized by HC Cruizer Antelope on 23 August 1818. Three enclosures:

1. A copy of a letter from Lieutenant J Arthur, Commander of the HC Cruizer Antelope . It is a statement describing the encounter between his ship and the Bahraini vessel.

2. A copy of a letter from George Barnes [...], First Lieutenant of HC Cruizer Antelope , to J Arthur, dated 23 August 1818. It is reporting on the state of the papers from the Bahraini ship.

3. List of items taken by HC Cruizer Antelope from the Bahraini ship, undated.
