Letter regarding a request from His Highness (Maharao Prahmalji II) through Colonel Goodfellow, Political Agent A mid-ranking political representative (equivalent to a Consul) from the diplomatic corps of the Government of India or one of its subordinate provincial governments, in charge of a Political Agency. at Kutch to transfer one of his Vakeel's and giving Pellys response that he does not require Pelly's permission to do so, and noting that the Vakeel has however expressed his willingness to go wherever His Highness desires.
There are two notes on the reverse of the letter, both dated 21 July: the first requesting that a fair copy of the reply be made, and the second noting that the letter had been returned to the Demi-Official file.
