Copy of a letter regarding the employment of Faiz Alli [Ali] Khan at Kotah under the British Government, and Pelly's understanding hat this would be satisfactory to the Maharajah (Sawai Ram Singh II, Maharajah of Jaipur) provided Faiz Alli Khan would be available to return to Jeypore [Jaipur] for urgent matters and requesting confirmation in writing that Pelly's understanding of the matter is correct.
