Letter regarding a request by James John Diges La Touche to move from his current appointment, and stating that as Mr La Touche had applied for an additional grant in order to complete his settlement work, and as the Commissioner at Ajmer had officially recorded that he did not feel the settlement officer (La Touche) should leave the district before 1 January 1875 at the earliest, he did not feel he could support the request.
