has given evidence of capacity to rule and of

him in his task. His proceedings at our, or rather
those in reference to Jliqa have precipitated a oris! ,
but the crisis was bound to ari ^e sooner or later.
Apparently the Government of India are prepared to
continue to bolster up the State of ilascat, as it exists

If the State disintegrated,a possibility which is ever

collapse, and short of reliquisiiing their interests on

lo. In short the State of J.i iscat must not be
aJLlowed to disintegrate; if the our/Alqa/Banu by All

of the State is assured, tka&e solution of the problem
must be found. It is an urgent necessity and is vital
to the very existence of the State.
