Letter enclosing a letter received from the Acting First Assistant Resident at Bushire with translations of letters from the Agents at Shargah and Lingah [Bandar Lengeh] regarding the Slave Trade.

The letter reports that Pelly has sent a telegraph to the Lingah agent reminding him he cannot interefere with Slaves on shore in Persia, and requests a sanction for the disbursement mentioned in the second paragraph of the Acting First Assistant (Charles Grant)'s letter.
