Hennell reports on his meeting with Sheikh Mukhtoom [Maktum bin Butti] of Debaye [Dubai], who is in Muscat to assist in the Imam of Muscat's acquisition of Sohar. Hennell writes that the two men discuss the soon-to-expire Maritime Truce, its effectiveness and possible renewal.
