If such termination occurs after 35 years from the date
of signature of this Agreement^ all the property of the Company in
the State of Qatr shall be handed over to the Shaikh free of cost.
Wells actually producing at the time of such termination shall be
handed over in such reasonable good order and repair as they then
are.
On the expiry of this Agreement at the end of the period
of 75 years provided in Article 2^ or of any extension or renewal
of that period all the property of the Company in the State of
^atr shall be handed over to the Shaikh free of cost. Wells

The Shaikh shall have the right to terminate this
Agreement t-
(a) if the Company shall fail to make the payments referred
to in Article 4 within six months of the date on which
such payments fall due- Provided that if any such
payments are in dispute by the Company the Shaikh shall
not have the right to terminate the Agreement until the
dispute shall have been arbitrated on under Article 16
and unless the Company has failed to comply with the
decision of the arbitrators within three months of the
date of such decision.
(b) if the Company shall be in default under the arbitration
provisions of Article 16.
No failure or omission on the part of the Company to
fulfil any of the conditions of this Agreement shall give the
Shaikh any claim against the Company or be deemed a breach of
this Agreement insofar as the same arises from force majeure and
if through such force majeure the fulfilment by the Company of
