revised to read in accordance with the agreements reached at the
conference with you, the State Adviser and me on June the 4th,
I am sending two copies, one for the State Adviser and
the other for yourself.

with what you consider was arranged at our conference, I shall
prepare and send you the extra number you reciuire,
