In the event of there arising

between the parties to the present Con
cession any dispute or difference in
reapect of its interpretation,or the
rigiits or reaponaibili^iofl of one or the
other parties therefrom resulting, suarh
dispute or difference shall submitted
to two arbitrators one of whom shall be
named by each of the parties wjid to an
umpire who shall be appointed b^ the
arbitrators before they proceed to
arbitrate.
