acceptance of these conditions and are not prepared to

opinion of His Majesty's Government it is essential that
if the oil resources of Bahrein are to he profitaoly

population in Bahrein should be maintained upon a

Majesty's Government and with the local authorities
in Bahrein,, but also familiar with the conditions
