their being granted the renewal for which they had
applied, they were still entitled to claim that
renewal. llr.Bushe considered, however, that in that
event it would be possible for His Majesty^ Government

Justified on its merits, but that nevertheless, His
Majesty»s Government were prepared, if the Syndicate

recommend the Sheikh to grant the renewal for which
