Letter regarding a report from the native agent Non-British agents affiliated with the British Government. at Lingah [Bandar-e-Lengeh] that Sayed Torkee [Sayyid Turki bin Said] had proceeded to the Muskat coast with the intention of landing and that he had hostile intentions towards Sayed Soulem [Sayyid Soulim bin Thuwaini].

The letter also contains Pelly's observations that such actions are likely to be unsuccesful owing to Sayed Torkee's lack of funds and support, and recommending that the allowance he had once been granted by the British Government be ceased.
