The questions relate to the attendance of the Resident and Troops at the Gunputtee [Ganpati] and Dusseerah [Dussehra] festivals when they fall on a Sunday and asking which of the different statements in relation to this question is correct as well as asking Pelly how he handles such matters in Rajpootana [Rājasthān].
