Letter enclosing a copy of a letter from the Accountant General to be communicated by Bruce to Fatima Khanum, widow of Mehedy Ali Khan [Mehdi Ali Khan] in response to an application she made and informing Bruce that if he can negotiate the loan agreement in a private capacity this would be agreeable to Government.
