Letter regarding the situation in Gwadar,and that although having a Vessel of War cruizing the Gulf would be most advisable and would support the Political Assistant at the Gwadar station Pelly supposes that one is most likely not available and suggests that this leaves them with the options to either withdraw or to go on as usual showing a 'calm and confident front'.
