Letter remarking on Pelly's 'coolness, judgement and courage' in conducting himself when securing the safety, lives and property of British Subjects following the death of Sayed Towaynee [Thuwaini bin Said] and the rescue of Sayed Torkee [Turki bin Said].
The letter goes on to request that Pelly clarify whether he requires any further assistance in recovering the British Subjects property and on the appropriate language for the Government to use in responding to the Wahabees [Wahhabi].
