Letter enclosing translations of two letters from Sayed Torkee [Turki bin Said] outlining his intentions to attack Muskat [Muscat] again and requesting financial aid as well as informing the British Government of requests from other tribes to be allowed to assist him by sea. Pelly goes on to request instructions on the course to pursue with regards to these matters.
