Stannus writes to Walker concerning the operations of the Antelope ; the deployment of the Amherst ; alterations to the instructions to officers in command of cruisers; the need for cruisers not to intervene in the event of war between Rahma bin Jabir [Raḥmah bin Jābir] and the Sheikhs of Bahrein [Bahrain] and Katiff [Al-Qaṭīf]; and the forwarding to Bassidore of cash for the supply of the cruisers under Walker's command.
