Letter thanking him for the careful way he has looked into the Debai [Dubai] cases and enclosing letters to both the Debai Chief and other local Chiefs which Way may deliver to them at his discretion if the circumstances of the case require it.

The letter also suggests operatingly the telegraph station quietly at Bassidore unless information about Syed Torkee [Turki bin Said] travelling by sea to Muscat reaches him.
